Installation of ActiveX may be prohibited in the environment settings of your PC.
Check if the installation of ActiveX is prohibited by Pop-up Blocker in Internet Explorer or any other pop-up blocking software.
If prohibited, allow it temporarily and try to access the camera again.
You can restore the original settings once ActiveX for the network camera is installed.
Also, one of the following may be the reason. Contact the administrator.
- Restriction imposed by the security software
- Restriction imposed in the network environment
- Your user permissions are insufficient for software installation
