    I tried resetting my Catalyst software activation using the keyboard shortcut, but I am not seeing the login window. What do I do?

    Windows

    Locate the following folder:
    C:\ProgramData\Sony\
    This folder contains files with names corresponding to the Catalyst products installed on your system and the extension .LICENSE. Delete those .license files and retry the online registration process.

    Please note that ProgramData is a hidden folder. If you do not see it, you will need to adjust your Folder Options to show hidden files, folders, and drives.

    macOS

    Locate the following folder:
    /Users/Shared/
    This folder contains files with names corresponding to the Catalyst products installed on your system and the extension .LICENSE. Delete those .license files and retry the online registration process.

    Please note that the .license files are hidden. If you do not see them, press Shift + Command (⌘) + Period (.) to toggle the display of hidden files and folders.
